Kienyeji chicks dying at two weeks. What am I missing?

Lost 12 of 50 chicks in three days. They huddle under the lamp and have white droppings.

White droppings and huddling at two weeks points to coccidiosis or pullorum. Keep the litter dry, give an anticoccidial in the water for five days, and separate sick birds. If more die, bring two to the vet for a post-mortem.
