She is eating normally and there is no fever. The drop started after we changed to a new batch of dairy meal on Monday. Should I worry about mastitis?

A sudden drop after a feed change is usually the feed, not disease. Go back to the old meal for three days and change over slowly across a week. Do a California Mastitis Test on each quarter to rule out sub-clinical mastitis, and check the new batch for mould.
Same happened to us in June. The new meal had less protein. Yield came back within a week after we mixed in some of the old bag.
